Design Options

  • Decorating Consultation

This is where we start gathering your ideas and vision with up to 2 hours to discuss the scope of the project, and where I give you recommendations. The time is yours for whatever you need including color, rearrange furniture, shopping, budget, and more. $350 flat fee.

Pricing for services below are determined on a per-project basis:

  • A La Carte/Hourly

After the Consultation, you can work on your own, with my guidance, via phone consults, e-mails, shopping trips, and follow up visits. Billed hourly (rounding up in 15 minute increments). 5 hour minimum commitment required and retainer due in advance.

 

  • Room Inspiration Board

Including furniture layout, repurposing items you already own, wish list of new items, and paint selection. This will be sent to you electronically. Payment due in advance.  

 

  • Room Design Plan

    • A custom design board (inspiration board) 

    • True-to-scale illustration of the floor plan (an accurate bird’s-eye view of your new space) 

    • Specific product recommendations for furniture, art, decor, fabric, accessories, and drapes 

    • Product sources with a complete shopping list to fit your budget 

    • Paint color recommendations, including 4x4 sample swatches 

    • Tips for incorporating your current pieces and specific furniture placement suggestions (as seen in your true-to-scale floor plan) 

    • Final presentation will be sent digitally, with 1 follow up visit 

Your design plan can be used literally by purchasing the products listed on your product source list. In the event something listed in the plan is not perfect for you, your plan can also be used as inspiration to guide you in making your own product selections. Alterations to your design plan after delivery are available and are billed at hourly rate. *Deposit of 50% is required up front, with the balance due at completion/presentation of plan.

 

  • Room Design Plan with Installation

Once the Room Design Plan has been presented and approved, I take care of all the shopping, ordering and logistical aspects of getting your room pulled together and installed. Funds for all purchases must be obtained up front, and items will be stored until installation day. Installation Day includes White Glove Delivery, Room Styling, and Finishing Touches! Fees for this package will be determined by the scope of the project, and agreed upon in advance, so there are no surprises.
